About this experience
Skip the jarred stuff — learn to make real pasta from scratch using just eggs and flour. You'll knead dough, run it through a pasta machine, and shape either pappardelle or ravioli before sitting down to eat what you made (with Prosecco, no less). There's even a rooftop herb forage in the mix. Weekends only for join-in sessions; private bookings flexible.
